ThePineapple Launcher isChunky Kong's personal weapon inDonkey Kong 64. It is a single hand wooden bazooka that shootspineapples. Chunky carries the Pineapple Launcher in his right hand, like the otherKongs, though he uses his left hand to squeeze the trigger while standing in place or aiming, but he squeezes the trigger in his right hand while he is moving. The Pineapple Launcher can be bought for threecoins atFunky's Store inFrantic Factory or any other area after Chunky has been rescued. The Pineapple Launcher allows Chunky to shootBanana Balloons, hitPineapple Switchs, and snipe enemies from afar. Upgrades to the Pineapple Launcher and every other personal weapon can be bought from Funky's Store; some of the upgrades include a larger ammo capacity, a sniper scope, and ammo that homes in on enemies.

The Pineapple Launcher is one of theitems obtained from ablue balloon inDonkey Kong: Barrel Blast. It launches a pineapple at whoever is in front of the player character, though opponents can jump over the pineapples. When used by aKremling, the Pineapple Launcher fires two pineapples at once. A player character who gets hit by a pineapple loses tenbananas. If there are no nearby opponents, the Pineapple Launcher launches the pineapple into the nearestbarrel instead.
