ThePianta prosecutor is a character who appears inSuper Mario Sunshine. During the courthouse cutscene, he testifies againstMario and pushes for the guilty verdict. He states his opinion of the vandalism and is the possible cause of Mario's community service job. He makes a small reappearance during the ending scene.

- In the Japanese version ofSuper Mario Sunshine, the prosecutor mispronounces every instance of "Shine" as "Shrine," as well as mispronouncing "aware" as "of where" at one point. He also has a different tone, sounding much less stern.
