Palm Tree Paradise is the first level of theEmerald Passage inWario Land 4. The level is often considered to be one of the easiest ones in the game. It is set in a quiet paradise near the sea, with many palm trees (hence the name) and wildlife in the area. A few parts of this level are cavernous, where the music changes to a darker tone. The level is straightforward as it is only a simple path, with no floors or separate routes to take. InS-Hard mode,Wario is forced to hit theswitch upon entering the level (just like theGolden Passage). This level'sCD is calledAbout That Shepherd and once collected, it can be played in theSound Room.

The time given to escape the level after hitting theswitch varies betweengame modes, including 1:30 in Normal mode, 0:45 in Hard, and 4:30 in S-Hard, but with the switch located near the start of the level.
