TheOinker,[1][2] originally known asOrbulon'sUFO,[3] is Orbulon's spaceship. It is named as such because of its resemblance to a pig. It often crash lands due to unexpected situations.
History[edit]
WarioWare series[edit]
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$![edit]
InWarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, Orbulon evacuates his UFO after it gets hit by an asteroid. He runs down a corridor and stops at an elevator. After someSpace Hares notice the distress signal, they lower their own elevator into the UFO to rescue Orbulon. Upon seeing him, they drop the elevator cab back into his UFO, causing it to hurtle towards theGelateria inDiamond City. At the Gelateria, Orbulon repeatedly pops out of his UFO. The interior is mainly white with some circular windows and red warning lights.
WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$![edit]
InWarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!, Orbulon takesDribble & Spitz away in his UFO aftertheir taxi reach "the farthest reaches of outer space". After the taxi lands in the UFO, Orbulon then makes them his underlings. Orbulon's UFO then gets barraged by asteroids, causing it to land into the bathroom ofDr. Crygor'sLab.
WarioWare: Twisted![edit]
InWarioWare: Twisted!, Orbulon is relaxing in his UFO, when he asks for one of his Alien Bunny minions to rub his shoulders. Shortly afterward, he and the Space Bunnies piloting the ship fall asleep. Unfortunately for them, the ship flies near a black hole. Orbulon quickly attempts to activate Warp Mode, but finds that he has forgotten the password. Luckily, he manages to remember the password, and his UFO is warped away from the black hole just in time. After warping away, Orbulon attempts to rest on a nearbyplanetoid only for it to open its mouth and eat his UFO. It attempts to chew it and spits the ship out. This time, Orbulon's UFO lands nearClub Sugar.
InWario-Man's story, Orbulon pilots a yellow UFO marked with a "2" withMona,9-Volt,18-Volt, andKat & Ana, and shoots the transformed Wario-Man down, mistaking him for an enemy.
In the mini-gameBatting Practice, Orbulon briefly shows up in his UFO when the player scores five home runs.
WarioWare: Touched![edit]
InWarioWare: Touched!, Orbulon's Oinker appears under its current name. Whenever a stage is completed, or when the player beats one of the default high-scores for the minigames, it can be tapped in the games area for a souvenir. While a souvenir is still in the Oinker, Orbulon pops his head out. When it is emptied of all the souvenirs, he goes back inside. It may also fly overDiamond City in the story mode. DuringAshley &Red's story, the Oinker flies overAshley's Mansion and gets struck by lightning. It ejects Orbulon and flies away. The Oinker can be seen briefly in the world map shortly after it shows the Hardcore Mix Building duringWario's storyline. The Oinker has a purple dot indicating its location on the map on the touch screen, suggesting that there would have been a story and a set of microgames for Orbulon at one point in development.
WarioWare: Smooth Moves[edit]
InWarioWare: Smooth Moves, the Oinker floats through outer space and gets hit by theBalance Stone. It crashes into theTemple of Form. After raising the temple into space and claiming it as a ship in his name, Orbulon is attacked by a group ofSplunks. The temple falls back to its place and the Oinker is launched out. On the map, Orbulon inspects the crashed Oinker and pulls out a device, only for it to explode in his hand.
WarioWare: D.I.Y.[edit]
InWarioWare: D.I.Y., the Oinker gets struck by lightning and makes Orbulon fall into the rocket below.
Game & Wario[edit]
The Oinker makes an appearance inGame & Wario in the opening cutscene. It crashes into the television featuring the new console. It appears again when the player beats a level ofBowling.
WarioWare Gold[edit]
InWarioWare Gold, Orbulon is almost always seen within the Oinker. For his story, Orbulon additionally uses the tractor beam to abductLittle Hammies from a farm. Successfully beating a microgame allows this to occur. Failing a microgame causes the Oinker to malfunction and lets the Little Hammy escape. The Potluck Gang's stage is the only instance where Orbulon is outside of the spacecraft, as he sits on the grass while playing the card game. The cards depicting Orbulon also do not have the Oinker in them.
WarioWare: Get It Together![edit]
InWarioWare: Get It Together!, Orbulon flies around in his Oinker, with its tractor beam serving as his main gameplay mechanic. If the player presses, the tractor beam activates. In microgames, some objects are completely absorbed by the beam while others are held in place. When Orbulon attempts to attract the corruption caused by agame bug, it fails to pull it up. In the intro to Wario's level, Orbulon flies in his Oinker before getting knocked away by a large object shaped like Wario's nose and mustache. In the intro to Orbulon's level, he uses the Oinker to warp toGoro Desert,Takechiko City, andOhlaka Island and abduct several items from each location. After taking the items at each location, the Oinker increases in size, suggesting its previous inconsistent size is a result of this ability.
WarioWare: Move It![edit]
InWarioWare: Move It!, the Oinker receives a greater focus as part of Orbulon's stage, "Sweet Dreams, Sweeter Fruit". Notably, the ship is shown to be sentient; it gets angry at Orbulon (while he eats various fruits) for making a mess while flying it, moves independently of Orbulon's control, and shows concern for its owner's wellbeing.
During the intro cutscene, Orbulon is seen eating a variety of tropical fruits while flying aboveCaresaway Island, leaving a mess all over the Oinker. Irritated, the ship shakes back and forth, removing all of the fruit, but also accidentally launching Orbulon off as well. While hiding, the Oinker finds Orbulon on the island, having lost his memory and being worshipped as a god by theWoods Watchers. Getting an idea on how to restore its owner back to normal, it then transmits a signal into Orbulon's brain, which eventually returns the memories of his time spent with the Oinker. As the two move to embrace, Orbulon slips on a banana peel, once again losing his memories in front of the exasperated UFO.
The Oinker also appears in the remix 1 stage, "Not-So-Relaxing Rapids". In the cottage that the group is staying at,Lulu controls the Oinker while Orbulon rests. Lulu presses some buttons on the Oinker that cause them to ricochet all over the walls, startling Orbulon. After the group is thrown out of the cottage and onto a nearby tour bus, Orbulon holds the Oinker.
Rhythm Heaven Megamix[edit]
