Nipper Dandelions are enemies inYoshi's Island DS. They aredandelion-like flowers that are made up of fourNipper Spores. When blown by strong winds (usually caused by aWindbag), a Nipper Dandelion releases its Nipper Spores into the air. The spores then fall to the ground and turn intoNipper Plants.
InSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, Nipper Dandelions are mentioned briefly byViridi duringPalutena's Guidance dialogue forPiranha Plant.

Naming[edit]
Prior to the name "Nipper Dandelion" being used inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, the name was used on English-language fan websites. As such, it is possible that the decision to name them that in that game is either an intentional nod to what was formerly a fan nickname or a result ofcircular reporting.
