Mushroom Mesa is the fourth course ofEpisode 1 inCaptain Toad: Treasure Tracker and its Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DSports of the same name. This level takes place on a grassy hill with stone blocks.
Layout[edit]
Captain Toad starts on a lower part of the stage where he must walk around the corner, dodge aFlaptor, and enter a movableTouchstone. The player must tap the block on the Wii U GamePad or touch screen (3DS version) or touch it with the pointer (Nintendo Switch version) to raise the platform to the next level. Here, he can find twoShy Guys and manyTurnips, as well a cave which leads to a subterranean area with three movable blocks. With clever usage of the openings in these blocks, Captain Toad can reach the highest point in the level, where thePower Star awaits.

ThreeSuper Gems can be found throughout the level.
Pixel Toad[edit]
The player must go inside the second entrance at the beginning of the level, then take the path to the left. The Pixel Toad is behind the coin stack in said area.
