Mario exploring the Mole Mines

TheMole Mines, originally known as theCoal Mines and also referred to asMoleville Mine,^[1] are the extensive cave system in the small mountain atMoleville inSuper Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars andits Nintendo Switch remake.Mario,Mallow, andGeno (and coincidentallyBowser) visit Moleville on their respective journeys. Inside the cave, there is atrolley minigame andPunchinello, the guardian of the thirdStar Piece.Mole men work in the mines, extracting coal.

3 Flower Tabs		AfterCroco destroys the wall with aMicrobomb, he and threeCrooks with him scatter through out the mines. After finding and defeating a Crook,Mario is given a Flower Tab in return. This can be repeated two times.
Microbomb andstolen coins		Picked up after defeating Croco.
Frog Coin		After blowing up the wall with a Microbomb, Mario must take the lower path. In the next scene, after trying to leave through the lower path, a minecart withShy Guy rams Mario back into the previous scene and drops a Frog Coin in a process.
