Miss Warps (also calledMr. Warps[1] andSleeping Warps in an issue of theOfficial Nintendo Magazine[2]) are helpful roundegg-like characters found inYoshi's Story. They all sleep on the ground, but when woken up by aYoshi, they jump up and down and shout. There are four Miss Warps in eachlevel in the game, all numbered 1–4 depending on their distance from the start of the level and colored pink, cyan, yellow, and green, respectively. When a Yoshi wakes two or more up, a Miss Warp, whenjumped upon, throws the Yoshi to the next available Miss Warp in sequence. If a Yoshi loses all itshealth and is captured byBaby Bowser'sToadies, the next Yoshi will continue the level from the location of the highest numbered Miss Warp the Yoshis have reached.

A first Miss Warp makes a cameo inPicross NP Vol.2 andVol.7.

Artwork for the first, pink Miss Warp can be used as a stamp inMario Artist: Paint Studio.
