TheMinimizer is a magical staff thatBowser uses inMario Party DS. In the beginning of the game's Story Mode, Bowser showsMario and the crew the Minimizer and shrinks them while stealing Mario'sSky Crystal. AfterBowser's Pinball Machine is cleared in Story Mode,Donkey Kong andDiddy Kong arrive atBowser's Castle for dinner. Donkey Kong accidentally bumps into Bowser and unwittingly breaks the Minimizer by stepping on it, reverting the shrunken characters to their normal sizes. Bowser then fights Mario and the crew without his Minimizer by using theMegamorph Belt to transform intoBlockhead Bowser.
