Miira are undead enemies encountered in theGame Boy version ofDonkey Kong. They first and only appear inStage 5-2 of theDesert. Miira have the same behavior asAqua Man enemies, as they shuffle continuously on a platform, changing direction after encountering a wall or the edge of said platform.Mario will lose a life if he touches their front or back sides. Miira can be stood on, then picked up and thrown at other enemies to defeat both the enemy and the Miira. A Miira can also be defeated with aHammer.

砂漠面に出てくるミイラ。何かに取り付かれたように同じ所を歩いている。横に当たるとダメージを受けるが上には乗れる。持てば武器になるし、ハンマーでやっつけてもいい。[1]

Mummies wandering in the desert

A mummy appearing on the desert surface. It walks in the same place as if possessed by something. If you bump into it sideways, you will take damage, but you can ride on top of it. It can be used as a weapon if you hold it, or you can defeat it with a hammer.
