TheMicrophone is a character inDonkey Kong 64. He is a sentient microphone with blue eyes, a mustache, and a boxing referee's tuxedo. In the final boss fight againstK. Rool - a boxing match between him and all five playableKongs - the Microphone serves as the ring announcer in between rounds, giving very dramatic descriptions for each Kong. He moves around by hopping.
