Great Plateau Tower

TheGreat Plateau Tower is a stage introduced inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, and it takes place on top of theSheikah Tower on theGreat Plateau fromThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The stage is entirely flat with a spire held up by six struts in the middle. The spire can be damaged by fighters, and if it takes enough damage, it collapses, revealing a single floatingfall-through platform. After a while, however, the pedestal on the tower activates, and the spire is rebuilt.

In the background, as in the original game, landmarks fromThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild such asDeath Mountain and the besiegedHyrule Castle can be seen in the far distance. TheOld Man also occasionally floats onto the stage with hisParaglider in the background, although he has no effect on the battle. The stage features an arrangement of the main theme ofThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild as its background music.

Thepass-through platform that replaces the roof is emblazoned with "SMASHBROS" written inBreath of the Wild's Sheikah language.

Mementos, with the redPersona 5 color scheme

Mementos is a downloadable stage that appears inSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, and is based on the recurring location of the same name inPersona 5. It was released alongsideJoker on April 17, 2019.

The stage consists of a main platform with a small slope in the middle and twofloating platforms. After a while two trains appear on the top and bottom of the stage, with the bottom train being able to damage fighters. Occasionally, a wall or ceiling will appear temporarily on the top or the sides of the stage, which fighters cannot pass through. The Morgana Bus occasionally rides in the background of the stage and will disappear through a portal, but it does not affect the fighters. Aside from the Morgana Bus, Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki, Yusuke Kitagawa, Makoto Niijima, and Haru Okumura can appear in the background (in their "Skull", "Panther", "Fox", "Queen", and "Noir" aliases respectively), but they do not impact the battle either.

While the default color scheme is red, based onPersona 5's main color scheme, when a music track fromPersona 3 orPersona 4 is selected to play on the stage, its color scheme will change to blue or yellow, respectively. This change also applies to Joker's victory screen if he wins on the stage.
