Magnet Blocks areblocks that appear only inYoshi's Island DS. They are depicted as large gray squares with a magnet symbol on each. There are two possible ways to move the blocks. The first way is simply having aYoshi push one as if it were a normal block. The second—and most common—way to move one of them is throughBaby Wario's magnet. As Magnet Blocks are usually found in corners, the player needs to have the Yoshi walk away from the blocks. As a result, the metallic block can attract to Baby Wario's magnet, dragging it along with them. This enables it to be pushed or continue being pulled by the magnet.

Magnet Blocks can be found only inlevels that a Yoshi allies with Baby Wario, which is the second half ofWorld 3 andWorld 5-8. They are also similar toMagnet Platforms, which appear in the same area as well.
