Luiginary Propeller
TheLuiginary Propeller[1] is the eighthLuiginary Work seen inMario & Luigi: Dream Team. It allowsDreamy Luigi to blow wind using pinwheels. The direction of the wind depends on the pinwheel, which can vary even within the same screen. All pinwheels on screen are activated and deactivated in unison.
Luiginary Propeller is activated whenStarlow spins Luigi's nose a certain number of times (either direction works), and is stopped by pressing down on the nose. A jump input only causes Dreamy Luigi to wiggle his eyebrows, mustache, and nose.
If the wind blows to the left or right, Mario is pushed in that direction. This enables Mario to move faster and jump father in that direction, while slowing him down if he goes against the wind. Moving with the wind allows Mario to push boxes. While the wind is active, Mario can jump into a wall facing opposite the wind current and cling to it. While on a wall, Mario slowly slides down by default. Using the
allows Mario to climb up or down, and climbing to the top of a wall has Mario jump up. Moving away makes Mario drop from the wall. Mario can brieflyjump from the wall with
, and can hit sideways? Blocks by doing so.
If the wind blows upward, Mario is lifted into the air by the wind. This is used to reach places too high for jumping. Some propellers appear in columns, meaning Mario can be boosted further into the air.
