Logo of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
Bayonetta enters Witch Time, slowing down all of her opponents. The screen becomes faded and the edges have a purple effect. InSuper Smash Bros. Ultimate, the background also turns into a purple vortex. A minute hand of a clock revolves around in the background, serving as the attack's timer. It starts from the 12:00 position and performs one full revolution. If that revolution completes, Witch Time ends and so does Infernal Climax. The Climax Gauge, a circle consisting of eight symbols, appears in the bottom center of the screen. It fills slowly automatically, too slowly to completely fill up on its own before the minute hand completes its revolution, but attacking opponents fills it faster. Once the Climax Gauge is full, Witch Time ends and a cutscene starts where Bayonetta summons Gomorrah to eat up to three of the opponents she hit last during the Witch Time portion of Infernal Climax. While Gomorrah bites, the Climax Guage resets and can be refilled again by repeatedly pressing the attack or special-attack buttons. If it is full, opponents will take more damage from Gomorrah. When the cutscene ends, opponents who were in the cutscene are placed in front of Bayonetta. Opponents who were in the cutscene whose damage percentages are 100% or higher are instantly KO'd, all other opponents from the cutscene get launched.Bayonetta's Final Smash in Ultimate.
