Leaf Cup
TheLeaf Cup is acup in theMario Kart series, introduced inMario Kart DS as the seventh cup in that game, and is the third retro cup overall. It exclusively features classiccourses in all games up toMario Kart 8 Deluxe. InMario Kart World it is the sixth cup, and it is the only formerly classic cup to include solely new tracks. The Leaf Cup usually contains courses from theFlower Cup andStar Cup of previous games, with some occasionalSpecial Cup courses, though it features a sole course fromMario Kart: Super Circuit'sLightning Cup inMario Kart DS (GBA Luigi Circuit), and a soleMushroom Cup course fromMario Kart 64 inMario Kart 7 (N64 Kalimari Desert). The Leaf Cup is slightly more difficult when compared to theBanana Cup, akin to theStar Cup. The cup's emblem is aSuper Leaf, though its design was changed starting withMario Kart 7 to match the Super Leaf's redesign fromSuper Mario 3D Land.
InMario Kart World, it is mostly set in the forested area in the northeast of the world map, and it is mirrored by theAcorn Rally.
