- —Koopa Koot,Paper Mario
TheKooky Cookie is anitem that is found exclusively inPaper Mario. The ingredients used in order to make it areCake Mix and either aKoopa Leaf, aStinky Herb, orMaple Syrup. It causes one of three status effects:Invisible,Electrified, orSleeping; and is intended to restore 15Flower Points whether used inside or outside of battle; however, due to a programming error, if used inside of battle, the item restores 30 FP instead.[1] It can be sold for twelvecoins.
The Kooky Cookie is one of the items thatKoopa Koot asks for; his specific cookie is made from Cake Mix and a Koopa Leaf, and he gives Mario one coin in return.
It can be considered similar to theLove Pudding fromPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, namely because both are dessert-themed items that can giveMario one of three status effects.
