TheKlaft of the Sphinx is a part of theSphinx nearCairo. Specifically, a klaft, also known as akhat, is an ancientEgyptian cloth headdress. However, as part of a statue, the Klaft of the Sphinx is made of sandstone.

In thePC,SNES, andNES versions ofMario is Missing!, it is stolen byKoopa Troopas to fundBowser's plan to meltAntarctica, and must be returned byLuigi.
