Hidden Character Blocks,[1] also referred to asinvisible character blocks,[2] are a type of block inSuper Mario Bros. Wonder. They act much likeHidden Blocks, except that they become visible when a specific playable character approaches them, as signified by them sporting a specific background color and the character'semblem. Even when they are hit and become anEmpty Block, they retain the character emblem they had initially. They appear in a multitude of levels, though they are most frequently utilized in most of the Search Party levels.
