Heavy Fire Bros.[1] are enemies that are introduced inSuper Mario Maker 2, where they are exclusive to theSuper Mario 3D World style. Their name is a play on "heavy fire" and "Fire Bro." They are the Fire Bro equivalent ofSledge Bros., with red helmets and shells, and can be placed in courses by giving a regular Fire Bro aSuper Mushroom. Heavy Fire Bros. attack by pounding the ground, stunning Mario if he is on the ground, and throwing large fireballs.
Heavy Fire Bros. appear inMario Kart World as spectators.[2]

To date, Heavy Fire Bros. have not received names in either screen text or paratext for either of their game appearances. Only the editor voice inSuper Mario Maker 2, which is English-only, names them; as such, no official non-English names for the enemy are currently known.
