InPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it can be found inHooktail Castle, underneath the broken bridge at the castle's entrance that can only be reached by usingKoops, in theRiverside Station, accessed by using Mario's tube mode to roll under a gap in a set of stairs, bought fromPianta Parlor after getting theSpecial Card for 100pianta tokens, and dropped byGloombas,Spiky Gloombas,Paragloombas,Dark Paratroopas,Dull Bones,Dry Bones, andX-Nauts. IfMario equips it, his maximumHP is increased by five. The effect of the badge stacks if multiple copies of it are equipped. A variant of the badge exists calledFP Plus that boosts Mario'sFP, and another one calledHP Plus P works exclusively for Mario'spartner.
