Golden Rocks[1] are a variant ofRock that appears inSuper Mario 3D Land. Unlike regular Rocks, Golden Rocks are much rarer to find and require ten hits to break. After being hit ten times, a Golden Rock breaks and drops fivecoins. If a Golden Rock is kicked into apipe, a1-Up Mushroom will pop out, just like with common rocks. Golden Rocks appear inWorld 5-4.
