The Giga-carrot in theBowser Jr.'s Journey mode ofMario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey

TheGiga-carrot (also spelledGiga-Carrot^[1] andgiga-carrot) is a carrot grown by theWiggler ofWiggler Family Farm inDimble Wood. InMario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story,Bowser discovers the carrot when looking for aBanzai Bill. Deciding it can act as a substitute for the Banzai Bill due to its size, he pulls it out with help fromMario andLuigi in theArm Center. When a Wiggler sees this, it says that since Bowser has uprooted and thus killed the result of the family's generations of work caring for it, Bowser now has to eat the carrot, offering a crashed Banzai Bill as an incentive. The carrot must be digested by Mario and Luigi in theGut Check. After eating it, Bowser can choose to save or get the Banzai Bill right then. If he chooses to get the Banzai Bill right then, he asks for the Banzai Bill, but the Wiggler forgets it and gets angry at Bowser because he ate the carrot, and he gets into a fight with Bowser. If Bowser fails to eat it the first time, it is replaced with a bunch of smaller carrots. He later blames the Giga-carrot for his putting on a few pounds after the "victory feast" in one of the questionnaires directed to him.

InMario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr.'s Journey, the Giga-carrot appears in theBowser Jr.'s Journey mode, where it appears as an ingredient thatBowser Jr. must collect to make theSkeletone Formula:D. He takes a bite out of it, obtaining a piece of it. The bite mark is present in the main story mode.
