TheFunky Dorrie is anATV that appears inMario Kart World. It is a three-wheeled ATV resembling ajet ski, which, as its name suggests, is themed afterDorrie, with the headlights resembling a Dorrie's eyes and goggles, and the main sponsor on the ATV beingDorrie Watercraft. It possesses two jet-propelled fans on the back end, and yellow and navy blue tires. The driver's emblem is located on the front of the fans. Unlike most vehicles, when the Funky Dorrie enters the water, only the back wheels change into water skis, as the front wheel instead retracts into the ATV to give it a greater resemblance to a jet ski.
With noMario Kart World version of theStandard ATV, the Funky Dorrie holds the distinction of being the only ATV in the game that changes colors between characters, while also being the only ATV that is available from the start.
In terms of its stats, the Funky Dorrie has poor handling and average stats everywhere else.
This ATV is randomly used by the CPU-controlledDolphin,Waluigi,Mario (Sightseeing),Baby Mario (Swimwear),Daisy (Swimwear),Luigi (All-Terrain),Yoshi (Swimwear), andKoopa Troopa (Runner).
Color schemes[edit]
Like a majority of the vehicles in the game, the Funky Dorrie changes color depending on which character is using it; however, there are only five color schemes: blue, green, yellow, orange, and purple, to reflect the different colors of Dorries seen over the years. While blue, yellow, and purple are colors of existing Dorries, green and orange are original.

Naming[edit]
The name is a pun on "Dorrie" and "hunky-dory", meaning "okay" or "satisfactory".
