Fruity Factory is the third level ofJuicy Jungle inDonkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and its Nintendo Switchport of the same name. The level takes place in the factory where the fruits are processed.
InTime Attack mode, a time of 2:14.00 is required to get a gold medal, a time of 2:30.00 for silver, and a time of 2:43.00 for bronze.
Overview[edit]
The level starts outside the first of possibly two separate factories, where beyond twoChompasauruses lies the entrance into a building where giant watermelons are being carried and processed. TheKongs must avoid multiple oversized death traps throughout the level: giant fruit-cutting cleavers, huge juicers that drill through giant fruits, large columns of spinning blades that destroy pathways made of fruits, and spiked paddle traps, among others. Several areas of the level feature long pits of shuriken-shaped blades that mince giant orange-like fruits into large and small slices, which act as flat platforms that fly upwards and hover in the air momentarily before falling back down. At the end of the level, the Kongs land inside the bottom of a huge barrel, in which they must jump onto multiple fruit slice-platforms to outlast a rising pit of blades until they reach theSlot Machine Barrel at the barrel's top.
Secret exit[edit]
Thesecret exit toBeehive Brawl is located immediately past the second checkpoint, hidden in an alcove above the passageway with two Banana Bunches and aKong Barrel guarded by anArchy. The player Kong should take out the Chompasaurus patrolling the top platform of the large wooden structure, then jump to the right from that platform to reach the hidden alcove that houses the exit.
