Florall Island is a major location inMario & Luigi: Brothership. First found on theLushgreen Sea, it is the fourth island to be linked toShipshape Island.Bouncy Blooms make their first appearance here.

On the way to the lighthouse,Mario andLuigi must hit red and green colored seeds rhythmically to make giant flowers bloom, which they use to cross large gaps. Mario and Luigi learnUFO Spin and find twoToads who later use fans to accelerate Shipshape Island's movement along currents. After the island is linked,Connie visits and recalls visiting with her mentorCozette beforeConcordia split apart.

While searching for a flower crown forBurnadette andChilliam's wedding, Mario and Luigi can optionally return to Florall Island and find an artist near the mountain with the lighthouse. To reach him, Mario and Luigi must once again rhythmically hit seeds to make giant flowers bloom.

During the credits, Chilliam and Burnadette are seen bouncing on a Bouncy Bloom on Florall Island for their honeymoon.
