Blocks inScorching Sandpaper Minor, theFire Vellumental Cave,Hammer Island, and theIce Vellumental. They can be purchased for 1100 coins inShroom City andToad Town. There is also a 29.6% chance of them being dropped by aShoe Goomba inBreezy Tunnel, and a 0.4% chance to salvage them from certain areas ofThe Great Sea. In battle, Flashy Iron Boots can inflict up to 30HP of damage per hit.
