Fake Yoshis areenemies inYoshi's New Island. TheseShy Guys disguise themselves asYoshi. They appear only in the levelInside the Outside, where they can be summoned by striking aWinged Cloud; when it is stricken, a Shy Guy appears and turns into a Fake Yoshi. The player can control the Fake Yoshi.Pink Yoshi must then lead the Fake Yoshi into aspike pit. Once the Fake Yoshi falls on a spike, the Shy Guy reveals itself before being defeated. In its true form, it is shown to be white with green spots like aYoshi egg.
