Dulles is one of the four members ofIDLE, appearing inMario & Luigi: Brothership. He is a young, lanky, green Concordian humanoid, and wears a green sleeveless shirt and a belt with a spiral in the center on his waist. His eyes are slightly slanted outward near the top, making him look slightly different to the rest of his people. Dulles also wears a yellow-orange scarf tied around his antenna. He lives onDesolatt Island with the rest of the IDLE members. In the sidequestBack to IDLE's Roots,Ireen's mom explains in a flashback about howIreen fought the other IDLE members one-on-one (including Dulles) to get them on her team, forming IDLE in the first place.
Dulles and the rest of IDLE first meetMario andLuigi on Desolatt Island, where Ireen and the rest of the group task the brothers to find all of them in a game of hide-and-seek. Dulles hides in the green building to the northeast, however, he ends up falling through one of many holes in the floor, and the brothers must figure which hole leads to his hiding spot; getting the wrong answer requires the player to climb back up and try again to find him. Once Desolatt Island is linked, he and the rest of IDLE join Mario and Luigi on their adventure onShipshape Island.
When the Bros. get the materials to build a rocket, Dulles and the rest of the group ride the rocket into the Color-Full Sea Great Lighthouse Island's barrier, punching a hole in it so Mario and Luigi can invade it.
Later, on Slippenglide Island, Dulles expresses his reluctance on investigating the island and wishes to go home, whileLoog calls him out for being a coward. When the Bros. reach theExtension Corps's laboratory, Dulles can be seen to the southeast, resting.
The IDLE gang later needs to be found during the Reclusa World chapter of the game. Doing so results in aBond being formed, which the Bros. take.
