Desktop Themes were downloadable packs of desktop wallpapers and icons available from the officialMario Party website.
Known themes[edit]
There were six known Desktop Themes, featuringPrincess Peach,Mario,Donkey Kong,Luigi,Wario, andYoshi, respectively. Clicking on the profile image of one of these characters would download the theme for the corresponding character. Each theme included a single wallpaper, as well as multiple desktop icons. They were compatible withWindows 95 andWindows 98 computers (the former only ifMicrosoft Plus! was installed), so it is unknown if they would run on modern hardware.
