Demon Bats[1][2] are flying bat-like creatures fromWario Land: Super Mario Land 3. Their behavior is similar toWatches, but they have a lower swoop arc. Demon Bats appear only inCourse No.04 and inStove Canyon. They impedeWario's progress by pushing him down ledges. Demon Bats can be defeated by ajump attack.

Extremely similar looking bats appear in the bonus games inVirtual Boy Wario Land.
