Dazzle is aStar Piece collector found in theRogueport Underground inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. When Mario first visits the area, Dazzle can be seen on the other side of a fallen column, but cannot be reached. On subsequent visits, he will move in front of the column to the right ofMerluvlee's house.

Dazzle seeks to collect Star Pieces, and offers to trade rareBadges to Mario in exchange for them. Dazzle's obsession seems to extend to his appearance, as trinkets resembling Star Pieces can be seen hanging from his hat. Dazzle fulfills the same role asMerlow, the youngShaman fromShooting Star Summit inPaper Mario.
