Dark Paratroopas (orD. Paratroopa) are purpleParatroopas that live in thePit of 100 Trials, inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and itsNintendo Switch remake. These are stronger versions of regular Paratroopas, having more HP and Attack. Jumping on a Dark Paratroopa causes it to lose its wings and become aDark Koopa.

Dark Paratroopas were originally going to be in the originalPaper Mario, but wereremoved from the game. However, their coding was not, and this includes a completeGoombario Tattle, which means the stats are intact as well.

TattleThis is a D. Paratroopa. D. Paratroopas are Paratroopas who live in the Toad Town Tunnels. Max HP: 8, Attack Power: 3, Defense Power: 2 Hammer attacks won't work because they're airborne. They'll lose their wings if you jump on 'em. They'll become Dark Koopas when they fall, but be careful! They'll do a dizzy attack once they're grounded.
