Andy Windson, better known by his stage nameDandy Andy, is a ventriloquist appearing in theSaturday Supercade episode "The Ventriloquist Caper." His name may based on the phrase "handy-dandy." He is the father ofPeter Windson, and is praised by him as the best ventriloquist in the world. He is one of the three main performers at theGolden Bridge Theatre during an annual children's show, along with theWrestling Gorilla and the juggling clown.
He first appears at the Golden Bridge Theatre, where he entertainsDonkey Kong Jr.,Bones, andPeter Windson with his doll, Andoo. With the Wrestling Gorilla absent, he plans to perform instead. However, as he walks bySlick and Shorty, who hide behind a curtain, the two shady figures throw a curtain over him and carry him into the basement, stealing his and Andoo's clothes and posing as them during their performance, stealing the jewelry of several theatergoers during their act.
He is later seen at the end of the episode, where he thanks Donkey Kong Jr. and Bones for stopping the criminals from stealing theRegal Diamond from a diamond exhibition atSan Francisco Hotel and saving his reputation, before entertaining them and Peter with Andoo one more time. He is not seen for the rest of the episode.
