DK Jungle Court is a default court inMario Power Tennis. it takes place on top of a wooden platform at the bottom of a waterfall. Occasionally, mine carts withUkikis pass by on rails behind the court. Green, red and blueKritters appear in the court as line judges. The theme played on this court is an arrangement of "DK Island Swing".
When played as a gimmick court, green and redKlaptraps appear walking along the top of the net, with red Klaptraps being larger than green ones. When they are hit by a player, they detach from the net and scamper on opponents' side of the court. If they latch on a character's leg, it reduces their lunge, which will make it harder for them to reach the ball. This effect stacks; if more Klaptraps latch on the player, they create a chain of Klaptraps. If the player lands the tennis ball on thunderbolt panel on the opponent's side of the court (which glows if the player has Klaptraps attached to them), aThunder Lakitu releases the player's Klaptraps by zapping them. Thunder Lakitu automatically releases all Klaptraps after a game point ends and players switch courts.
During Item Battles,Bananas have a 10% higher chance to appear fromItem Boxes. TheSpecial GameBalloon Panic is held on this court.
