It is found inTubba Blubba's Castle, accessible by bombing a wall in the room above it withBombette, using theSpin Jump through a broken floor, and flying to the platform the Badge is on withParakarry. IfMario is equipped with it, he is able to perform D-Down Jump, which is ajump attack that costs twoFP. For that move only, itignores the defense of the target, making it equal to zero; it always deals the damage of a regular jump.
