Dōryī (generically referred to byNintendo Power asflowers)[1] areenemies in theGame Boy version ofDonkey Kong. These plants are first encountered inStage 2-3. Dōryī attack by shooting out seeds at regular intervals. A Dōryī does not damageMario if he stands on it, but Dōryī cannot be defeated.Cannons in theDesert andAirplane are similar to Dōryī, but alternate between one and two shots, and a similar type of enemy appears inMario vs. Donkey Kong,Tane Pakkun.

A plant with large petals. However, it has a ferocious personality that does not match its appearance. At regular intervals, it sprays fireballs at you. Try to advance by anticipating when the fireballs will appear.
