ACourage Meal is one ofZess T.'srecipes inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made from aCourage Shell and aZess Deluxe,Zess Dinner orZess Special. The dish looks like the dinner portion made hard as rock, and put into the Courage Shell. If used in battle,Mario or hisally throws it at an enemy, dealing 4HP worth of damage.
Outside of recipes made with thePoint Swap, the Courage Meal is one of the few recipes to debut inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door that does not have aSuper Paper Mario equivalent, the others being theIcicle Pop andCoconut Bomb.
