Cooligan Fields, orFrosted Glacier-2, is the second course ofFrosted Glacier inNew Super Mario Bros. U. It is opened via completion ofSpinning-Star Sky, and its completion unlocks aCooligan enemy course andFreezing-Rain Tower.

Layout[edit]

The level begins with a section with icy ground. A? Block containing a power-up is found, along with aCooligan. More Cooligans are found along with aCoin Block. A structure ofBrick Blocks is found, as well as a ? Block and more Cooligans. A snowy section of the ground with Cooligans follows, along with another icy section with aWarp Pipe that spawns Cooligans. Multiple long groups of Cooligans are found as the player progresses. Another Warp Pipe that spawns Cooligans and aHidden Block with a1-Up Mushroom are found with theCheckpoint Flag. Another Warp Pipe spawning Cooligans is found, along with aRed Ring and another Hidden Block with a 1-Up Mushroom. Large blocks of ice act as platforms above a pit, followed by more Warp Pipes that spawn Cooligans. Brick Blocks, ? Blocks, and coins are found in between two Warp Pipes, and are located near more Cooligans andice platforms. Ice platforms that move up and down are found above a pit. A section with twelve Cooligans in a row is found, leading to theGoal Pole.

Star Coins[edit]

	The firstStar Coin is located under a row ofBrick Blocks in plain sight.
	The second Star Coin is found between two greenWarp Pipes, in a set ofcoins. The player must first break theBrick Blocks barricading the area in order to reach it.
	The third Star Coin is found above a Brick Block after a series of coins. The player can reach the platforms by bouncing off of a Cooligan or using a flight powerup such as aSuper Acorn.
