Great Conductor,Mario & Luigi: Brothership

Conductor Connector isMario's finalBros. Attack inMario & Luigi: Brothership and the final Bros. Attack of the game. It is given to Mario by theGreat Conductor himself near the end of Mario andLuigi's quest to collect the power of bonds to fill theBonding Can, after hinting at the possibility that theExtension Corps might possess one such bond. This Bros. Attack takes 15 BP to initiate, and targets all enemies on the field, and its icon is a small version of the Great Conductor, presumably a plushie.

Upon starting the attack, Mario summons the Great Conductor to the battle, and the Bros. jump onto him, with Mario launching into space with the Great Conductor's cable, and Luigi staying below to manipulate said cable. The first phase of this attack requires Mario to aim the cable withLeft Stick at eight satellites that orbit around him at varying speed and distance, before releasingLeft Stick to allow the cable to snap into that direction. If the cable can converge with a satellite, it is connected to the Great Conductor, powering up the attack and automatically snap Mario back into the center. If not, however, Luigi must useB Button to more slowly return his brother to the center before he can reach for more satellites, wasting precious time. Only two of the satellites are visible at first; only when all satellites on screen are connected does the visible range increase and reveal two extra sets of three satellites.

After enough time has passed, or if all eight satellites are connected successfully, the Great Conductor flies back and attempts to fire a beam through his rear socket, and the screen now displays a HUD to aim the beam, alongside two rapidly moving crosshairs. After usingLeft Stick to put the center crosshair on the target, the player should pressX Button as the two drifting crosshairs overlaps to successfully execute the attack. If the player fails the last input, or if they take too long aiming, the beam crosses and deals very little damage to enemies. If it succeeds, however, the Great Conductor shoots out a beam, dealing high damage to the enemy aimed at, and creating a lingering shockwave that hits every other enemy. Its power depends on how many satellites are connected, with 8 creating an enormous shockwave that deals damage 5 times and grants an "Excellent!" rating.
