TheCoin Rush Star is an item that appears inSuper Mario Run's Toad Rally mode. It is a blue star with silver eyes (which is inverted from theSuper Star's colors). By collecting coins and performingstylish moves, players fill up a blue gauge in the top center of the screen. Once the gauge is filled up, the Coin Rush Star will appear from the meter and hover over the player for a few seconds, before dropping onto them and activating aCoin Rush.
During the event from December 20, 2023 to March 15, 2024 promotingSuper Mario Bros. Wonder, the Coin Rush Star was replaced by aWonder Flower.[1]
