Coin Collection is one of four randomly selectedminigames after the player completes aworld inDance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix.

Gameplay[edit]

In this minigame,Mario orLuigi mustjump to collect all thecoins he can within 30 seconds while riding on a cloud. Mario or Luigi also needs to jump over andduck underSpinies floating in the air to avoid them. The player must press ↑ on the Dance Pad to jump and ↓ to duck. If Mario or Luigi hits a Spiny, he gets knocked away from the clouds with aLakitu carrying him back. Mario or Luigi can collect up to 20 coins.
