Mario Kart World features two different arrangements of "Choco Island": asamba-jazz arrangement titled "Choco Island (Samba Ver.)" and abossa nova arrangement titled "Choco Island (Bossa Nova Ver.)". Both arrangements can play inFree Roam during the day. The samba version can also play on theroute fromChoco Mountain toToad's Factory in theLightning Cup and any VS Race route.

The original version of "Choco Island" plays during the tributemissions for the Choco Island courses near Choco Mountain.
