Central Plaza (referred to in the travel brochure asCentral Square) is a location in theCap Kingdom inSuper Mario Odyssey. It is the central hub of the kingdom, specifically its residential district.
Central Plaza is the first location thatMario visits alongsideCappy, where it is still ravaged fromBowser's attack on the kingdom. When Mario eventually revisits the Cap Kingdom, the Central Plaza is still ravaged, yet aCrazy Cap shop and aCheckpoint Flag are present at the center of the area. After beating the main game, the Central Plaza is fully rebuilt.
