A category of subjects based oninsects in theSuper Mario franchise. This includes many different animals with segmented bodies, six legs, and exoskeletons. Most insects are winged or evolved from a recent ancestor that had wings. Members include dragonflies, grasshoppers, crickets, mantises, cockroaches, termites, stink bugs, beetles, fleas, flies, bees, ants, wasps, moths, butterflies, and antlions.
