Cat Bullet Bills are a type ofBullet Bill powered-up by aSuper Bell that first appear inSuper Mario 3D World.
Like normal Bullet Bills, Cat Bullet Bills are fired fromBill Blasters (making a meowing sound effect while doing so). However, unlike normal Bullet Bills, Cat Bullet Bills will lock onto, and follow the player, making them equivalent toMissile Bills. However, unlike normal Missile Bills, Cat Bullet Bills always follow a horizontal path; they cannot travel vertically.
Cat Bullet Bills will sometimes drop a Super Bell when defeated. In the levelThe Bullet Bill Express,Cat Banzai Bills appear.
In itsNintendo Switch portSuper Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury, Cat Bullet Bills make a return. In theBowser's Fury mode, Cat Bullet Bills are found inPounce Bounce Isle. UnlikeCat Goombas, Cat Bullet Bills have the same design and behavior as they do in the main game.
They appear inSuper Mario Maker 2 as enemies that can be added to courses, where they replace Bull's-Eye Bills in theSuper Mario 3D World theme.

- While a Cat Bullet Bill appeared on theearly box art forCaptain Toad: Treasure Tracker, they were removed on the later box art and do not appear in the released game; instead, they were replaced with Bull's-Eye Bills.
