Abonus block (initially stylized asBonus Block)[1][2] is an object inSuper Mario World andits reissue. It is a special greenblock with a white star on it, and it appears in certainlevels. IfMario orLuigi collects at least 30coins in a level and then hits the block, a1-Up Mushroom pops out as a reward. If either character does not have at least 30 coins, he obtains only a single coin. Some levels this block can be found in areYoshi's Island 3,Donut Plains 3,Butter Bridge 1, andChocolate Island 3.
