Bomberto is aBob-omb sailor fromRogueport inPaper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. His name is a pun on "bomb" and the Italian/Spanish name "Roberto". In the game, Bomberto has a trouble request at theTrouble Center available after completing the prologue. His trouble is that his wife has bought a lunchbox for him, but it is empty, and he is hungry. IfMario takes on the request, he has to give Bomberto any food item to solve his trouble, which yields elevenCoins.
