Blubi is a blueNimbi sage fromSuper Paper Mario. He is the most calm and passive of the Nimbi sages. His coloration matches his personality, as blue is known to be the color most associated with harmony. He lives inThe Overthere. When he is first found, he is capsuled within an ice block. AfterBowser thaws out Blubi with hisFire Breath, the latter finds he is stuck with amnesia.Luvbi then informs Blubi about their task, and so Blubi givesMario,Princess Peach, Bowser andLuigi theBlue Orb.
