Bizzy is a blue-skinned man living onFlipside's B1 Floor. The heroes encounter him inSuper Paper Mario. As his name alludes to, he is a very busy and frequently stressed person. Bizzy is a magazine editor and is very scatterbrained, often losing track of hisstaff writer, about whom he frequently complains, although they have apparently never spoken. Bizzy can usually be found near thebeveragarium. Bizzy also likes fishing, though it is implied he is not very good at it, as his longest catch is a boot. If the heroes talk to him after Chapter 1, he shouts at them, claiming there is noVoid in the sky. His counterpart inFlopside is namedLedger.
